Medical treatments are available only on selected dates when Dr. Vesna Lemm is present.

Alena Bischofberger

Alena has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and it shapes her life both on and off the mat. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Pranayama with a focus on mindful movement, strength, flexibility, and refined attention to detail, integrating her training in strength and flexibility work and Ayurvedic yoga therapy.

Kristina Lazović

Kristina offers holistic yoga classes that connect breath, movement, and inner awareness. With a background in professional ballet and stage performance, she brings grace and fluidity to balanced sequences that build strength, flexibility, and alignment, often closing with restorative Yoga Nidra.

Fátima Zepeda

Fátima is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Costa Rica whose practice is rooted in Hatha yoga. She emphasizes mindful movement, breathwork, and steady presence, creating a grounded and supportive space for practitioners of all levels.

Jade Skinner

Jade is a Vinyasa yoga teacher trained at Suryalila in Spain. Her intuitive, breath-led classes weave together movement, meditation, and pranayama, ranging from dynamic flow to slower, grounded practice that invites presence and connection.
