We are a small mother daughter owned business so every reservation means a lot to us as we put a lot of care an love into organising them. So please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book as we don’t want you to be disappointed beforehand !
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To confirm your place on our retreat, a deposit of 50% must be made upon booking. If you cancel anytime before 20 days prior to the retreat start date you will lose your initial deposit payment but you will not have to pay the remaining amount for the retreat or, under special circumstances such as a travel ban or illness and if we find some one to take your place, you can have the deposit as retreat credit and reschedule your retreat for another date. However, a 50 euros administration fee will apply. If you cancel within 20 days prior to the retreat start date, you will have to pay the full amount. In special cases if we can fill your spot again then we can then give you the amount as retreat credit minus the administration fee.
Travel & Health Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance especially in these changing times. Furthermore, you participate the classes, hikes and workshop at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability.
